During holidays, i have tried to cook my lunch with new recipes.

Carbonara
Corn Chips with tomato salsa

here we have some dessert on the evening.
Fried chicken pop
Coconut durian
All these types of foods really make me gain weight. but its delicious.
Thus, i should go exercise regularly to burn more calories.
By the way, the gym that i usually go for have been extended;
additional equipment available and new classes like indoor cycling.
This is a good news to me:)
